A typical Simon day

Simon wakes up routinely at 6 a.m. every morning and takes a shower. After that, he goes and eats breakfast, which is always oatmeal. By 7:30 it is time to head to school and he has his uniform on, which is a little small for him. He gets on the bus and s dropped off at school. He goes through his class routine of math, english, science, and history. After school is done, he gets back on the bus and heads home. Once there, he starts his homework, which takes him about three hours to do. When all of his homework is done he has dinner with his parents and has the typical conversation of "what all did you do today?". After dinner, he goes and reads the town paper to see what all is going on. After that, he goes to bed, but not before brushing his teeth.

My parents @ my age

What do I know about my parents when they were my age? Well, I know more about my dad than my mom, for my dad grew up here. Many of the people he grew up with are still here, and once in a while I can here stories about my dad when he was my age. In addition, he has told me some of his own stories. For instance, he welded his shop teacher in the boys bathroom and would right his own passes from study hall to the shop for 3 months before getting caught. He still has many close friends from his high school days. Now, my mom grew up in California and I really do not know much about her high school life. I do know that her dad past away when she was 17 from cancer. From this I have gathered that her and her family would go and do many things on the weekends, such as, camping, going out on the dessert to ride the dunes, or boating. Her and her family would live everyday to the fullest. My mom also has some very close friends from her high school days. In the future I hope to still be in touch with many of the high school kids I have grown up with.
